I always say that if I ever win Powerball I'd like to go to culinary school. This is still a true statement, but I'd definitely have to invest in better shoes. I spent most of this afternoon in the kitchen and even though I had my sneakers on at about the two hour mark my ankle was really starting to get sore. But I did make some yummy eats. Falafel, from scratch, with Tzatziki and Pasta Fagioli. Pictures and recipes to come, but I have jury duty tomorrow and soup to get into the refrigerator so goodnight.
